The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Graduate Structural Engineer with 2-3 years under their belt to join our multi-disciplinary consultancy in Napier. You will work on exciting projects across New Zealand specifically throughout Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and Bay of Plenty, gaining exposure to diverse challenges and opportunities.

This role is will work closely with our Technical Director benefiting from 1:1 training and development while working on projects together.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, specialising in Structural

  • 2-3+ years Structural Design experience in NZ

  • Problem solver with an eye for detail

  • Commitment to providing the best outcomes for clients

  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment

  • A willingness to learn from experienced industry professionals
