We are seeking a motivated, confident, reliable, and well-organised Intermediate Planner to join our team of property professionals.

Day to day you will provide professional and technical planning expertise across a range of projects and be exposed to the full range of consultancy services it takes to bring a project to life. This role can be based in either our Auckland or Hamilton office.

What we are looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in planning, geography and/or resource management.

  • An Associate or Graduate NZPI membership. 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in planning/resource management within NZ with a sound understanding of consent processing and relevant legislation.

  • Ability to interpret legislation to inform planning assessments and processes

  • Ability to organise workload and projects effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Commitment to providing the best outcomes for clients.
