Lead Environmental Consultant

With a strong focus on growing our Environmental & Infrastructure team across all regions we are looking to bring a Lead Environmental Consultant into our multi-disciplinary consultancy.

This will be a pivotal leadership role tasked with growing an Environmental Team from the ground up. This role requires someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves  and getting out into the field, mentoring junior staff, and business development. This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark and help build a team of nationally recognised trusted advisors.

What we are looking for: 

• An experienced environmental scientist or engineer, with a proven track record of preparing environmental assessments to support resource consent applications.

• Someone with a true passion for the value they can bring to our clients

• The ability to build and maintain effective and trusting relationships

• Commitment to providing the best outcomes for our clients.

• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain a positive work environment and culture. 

• An approachable, forward thinking leadership style.

• Alignment to our core values and expected behaviours

• A tertiary qualification within a relevant field

• 10+ years experience

• Certified Environmental Practitioner or Chartered Professional Engineer
