We’re looking for an Senior Structural Engineer to join our New Plymouth team. This is a chance to work on diverse projects spanning residential to large-scale commercial, industrial and everything in between. To succeed in the role you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working alongside highly motivated professionals.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, specialising in Structural

• 8+ years NZ based Structural Design experience

• Proven experience in delivering projects end-to-end

• Natural problem solver with an eye for detail

• Strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients

• The ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build trusted client relationships

• The capability to balance multiple projects and deadlines

• A passion for mentoring and supporting junior engineers
