Environmental Divestment Investigations

BCD Group was engaged by a client wanting to sell a chain of motor vehicle workshop businesses. The scope of work was to undertake contaminated site divestment investigations across all of their sites. The client identified that all of the sites were considered potentially contaminated land and wished to provide a detailed assessment for each of the sites for the sale of the properties. The intention was to provide any prospective purchasers with the contamination status of each site and information on any environmental liabilities which may exist on each of the sites.
