Kmart - Bethleham

The creation of the Bethlehem Kmart store was part of a $15 million redevelopment of the Bethlehem Town Centre which also included the relocation of some existing tenants, demolition of buildings, restructuring of carparks and roads in and out of the centre. BCD Group provided full engineering services to the Kmart store including 10 sleeve retail tenancies fronting the Kmart store.
