BCD provided Geotechnical and Structural engineering for the new housing development in the centre of New Plymouth for our clients Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings. The development includes 36 new terraced houses split between eight blocks. BCD worked in combination with Solari Architects, Project Managers Egmont Dixon, and Contractor's Livingstone Building Limited.
