Truckstop | Tauriko
Truckstops Tauriko is a purpose-built heavy vehicle sales, servicing, and parts facility located within the Tauriko Business Estate, Tauranga. The development includes a large-scale workshop, wash bay, parts warehouse, office, and hardstand areas for vehicle display, manoeuvring, and parking.
The facility features a 1,533m² workshop with multiple service bays, inspection pits, brake testing and specialist servicing equipment, a 225m² wash bay, a 207m² parts warehouse and a 522m² office and amenities building.
The development incorporates large clear-span steel portal frames spanning 30 metres, future-proofed for solar panels, and supported by shallow reinforced concrete foundations.
BCD Group provided Planning, Civil, Structural and Fire Engineering services for the project, delivering engineering services from concept through to construction.
