The Eighteenth Avenue Apartments project delivered a new three-storey residential development comprising nine modern apartments, including three fully accessible ground-floor units. Designed to Homestar and Lifemark standards, the development provides high-quality housing that supports accessibility, sustainability, and long-term community wellbeing.
BCD Group provided Structural and Fire Engineering services for the project, contributing to the successful delivery of the steel-framed building and helping create much-needed housing within the Tauranga community.
