Our survey team was engaged by the client to turn this site into a 4 lot subdivision. Our surveyors were part of this project from start to finish. This involved initial topographical survey for architect, review of architectural plans, preparation of resource consent for construction of duplexes with concurrent 4 lot subdivision, and managing the subdivision process through to the issue of the new titles.
