OPAL Packing Warehouse

The objective of this project was to assist the client with constructing a new warehouse with office facilities, to be used for storage of flatpack cardboard boxes and cold storage of produce throughout the year.

This 16,250m² project was delivered under budget and on time, creating true value add for our client. This was achieved through savvy work delivered by all teams involved in the project. Of note was our Geotechnical team who were able to gain back land that had previously been rendered unusable due to overly restrictive Geotechnical setback requirements.
