BCD Group delivered geotechnical assessment services for a 38‑lot subdivision, including construction monitoring of engineered fill. Structural services included SED foundation design and supporting documentation for the use of multiproof designs across 30 dwellings. Construction monitoring was also undertaken to ensure compliance and performance.
